Front fender trim (Discovery 3)

Removal

1. Remove the headlight assembly. For more information, refer to Headlight Assembly (86.40.49)

CAUTION: Never work on a vehicle supported solely by a jack. Always support the vehicle securely.

Raise the vehicle and place it on supports.

3. Remove the mudguard. Unscrew the 3 mounting screws.



4. Remove 4 fasteners.



5. Remove the fender molding.

• Remove 2 screws.
• Carefully release the 10 clamps.

NOTE: Do not perform further disassembly if the part is removed only for access.

Release the molding from the clamps.

Installation

1. Install the elements back in place in reverse order.

2. Install the headlight assembly. For more information, refer to Headlight Assembly (86.40.49)
