Removal


1. Fold down the rear seat back.

2. Remove the door opening seal.

2. Remove the door opening seal.


3. Remove the seat belt mount. Unscrew and discard the bolt.

3. Remove the seat belt mount. Unscrew and discard the bolt.


4. Remove the rear door opening seal.

4. Remove the rear door opening seal.


5. Remove the support bushing from the rear door. Release the clamp.

5. Remove the support bushing from the rear door. Release the clamp.


6. Remove the lower rear pillar trim panel.


  • Remove the Torx head screw.
  • Release 8 clamps.
  • Disconnect 2 electrical connectors.
Disconnect 2 electrical connectors.


7.
NOTE: Do not perform further disassembly if the part is removed only for access.


Remove the luggage rack. Release the cover.

8. Remove the audio control switch. Release the 2 clips.

9. Remove the accessory slot.

9. Remove the accessory slot.


Installation


1. Install the accessory socket.

2. Install the audio control switch. Engage the clamps.

3. Install the luggage rack. Install the cover.

4. Install the lower rear pillar trim panel.
  • Install the clamps.
  • Tighten the Torx head screw (tightening torque 8 Nm).
  • Connect the electrical connector.
5. Install the support bushing onto the rear door. Install the clamp.

6. Install the rear door opening seal.

7. Install the seat belt anchor. Tighten the Torx head bolt. (tightening torque 45 Nm).



8. Install the door opening seal.

9. Return the seat back to the upright position.
