Checking the front suspension of the car
1. Check up a condition of all protective caps of spherical hinges, including levers of support of the engine.
2. Check up reliability of fastening of all fastenings of a suspension bracket, including steering drafts.
3. Check the condition of the wheel bearings and suspension struts for significant play or wear.
4. Check the condition of the tie rod ends for wear by moving the ball joint back and forth, side to side and up and down. Wear is not allowed in ball joints, if any, ball joints must be replaced.
5. Check up, whether there are traces of leaks of working liquid from shock-absorbers of a suspension bracket.
Checking the rear suspension
1. Check that all suspension mounts, including tie rods, are secure.
2. Check the condition of the wheel bearings and suspension struts for significant play or wear.
3. Check for signs of fluid leakage from the suspension shock absorbers.
Checking the towing hitch
1. Check the tightness of the two vertical fasteners: tightening torque should be 110 Nm.
2. Check the tightness of the six transverse fasteners: tightening torque should be 60 Nm.
