Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the fuel rail.

3. Disconnect the injector mounting clip from the fuel rail.
4. Remove the injector from the fuel rail, remove the sealing ring from the injector and dispose of it.
CAUTION: Always plug the fittings and holes to protect the system from dirt.
Installation
1. Wipe the injector and its seat in the fuel rail.
2. Remove the protective cap from the new injector and place it on the old one.
3. Lubricate the new O-ring with castor oil and install it on the injector.
4. Insert the injector into the fuel rail and secure it with the spring clip.
5. Install the fuel rail.

6. Connect the negative battery terminal.
