Dismantling

1. Raise the rear of the vehicle on one side.

2. Unscrew the nut securing the carbon adsorber to the bracket.

3. Remove the canister from the bracket.

4. Disconnect the fuel tank hose, the vent hose and the purge hose from the canister.

CAUTION: Always plug the fittings and holes to protect the system from dirt.

5. Remove the adsorber.

Installation

1. Connect the fuel tank hose, vent hose and purge hose to the canister.

2. Install the adsorber on the bracket and secure it with a nut.

3. Lower the vehicle.
