Dismantling


1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Remove the air cleaner replacement element.

3. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the fuel injectors.

4. Unscrew 3 screws and move aside the injector wire harnesses.

4. Unscrew 3 screws and move aside the injector wire harnesses.


5. Unscrew the 4 Allen bolts and remove the ventilation system valve together with the filter. Discard the seals.

Installation


1. Clean the mating surfaces of the valve body with filter and the mating surfaces.

2. Install the valve and filter with new seals and tighten the mounting bolts to 8 Nm.

3. Place the injector wiring harness in place and secure it with screws.



4. Connect the connectors to the injectors.

5. Install the air cleaner filter element.

6. Connect the negative battery terminal.
