Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the air intake hoses.
DIESEL ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY SYSTEM, REPAIR WORK, Air intake system ducts.

3. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve.
4. Loosen the screw and remove the clamp securing the EGR tube to the recirculation valve.
5. Unscrew the 4 bolts and remove the valve. Discard the gasket.
Installation
1. Clean the mating surfaces of the EGR valve and intake manifold.
2. Wipe the flange of the exhaust gas bypass tube and the place where it connects to the recirculation valve.
3. Install a new EGR valve gasket onto the intake manifold.
4. Install the recirculation valve and tighten the mounting bolts evenly to a torque of 10 Nm.
5. Put on the EGR pipe clamp and tighten the screw.
6. Connect the vacuum hose to the recirculation valve.
7. Install the air intake hoses.

8. Connect the negative battery terminal.
