Headlight adjustment (Freelander 2)

NOTE: The headlamp beams should be parallel and 1.2% below the horizontal.

NOTE: North American market vehicles have vertical adjustment only.

1. Install the headlight beam adjustment equipment opposite one of the headlights.

2. Turn on the low beam.

• Adjust the headlights using the Allen key.
• To adjust in the vertical plane, turn regulators A and B to the same angle.
• Turn knob 'B' to adjust horizontally.

NOTE: North American market vehicles have vertical adjustment only.

4. Repeat the above procedure to adjust the second headlight.
