Removal and installation the audio unit (Freelander 2)

NOTE: The removal procedure description may contain installation steps.

Removal

1. Remove the instrument panel console. Refer to procedure: Instrument Panel Console (501-12 Instrument Panel and Console, Removal and Installation).

NOTE: Do not perform further disassembly if the part is removed only for access.

CAUTION: During installation, the top edge of the brackets must be aligned with the top edge of the audio unit. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.

Installation

1. Install the parts in place in reverse order.
