Cooling system (300 Tdi engine) (Discovery 1)

Type - Closed system, under pressure, filled with antifreeze. The cooling system radiator is combined with oil and charge air coolers.

The cooling system fan has 11 blades, an axial fan, and a diameter of 433 mm. It is driven from the engine shaft with a gear ratio of 1.29:1 via a viscous coupling.
