The fan and water pump are driven by a belt from the crankshaft. The fan blades are attached to a viscous coupling, which regulates the fan speed depending on the engine temperature.
1 - radiator, 2 - expansion tank, 3 - viscous coupling and fan, 4 - heater hoses, 5 - resonance chamber pipe, 6 - thermostat.

Depending on the engine temperature, the coolant circulates through the small or large circuit of the cooling system. Flow control is carried out by a thermostat.
Intake manifold heating
1 - liquid supply, 2 - return to radiator.
