Removal and installation the outside mirror glass (Discovery 3)

Removal

1. Tilt the outside mirror glass upward.

2. Release the outside mirror glass. Gently apply even pressure to the base of the glass at two points to release the three clips.



3. Remove the outside mirror glass.

• Disconnect the mirror from the motor.
• Disconnect the two electrical connectors.

Installation

1. Install the outside mirror glass.

• Connect the electrical connectors.
• Check the position of the mirror on the electric motor.
• Apply even pressure to secure the glass in the clamps.

2. Check the operation of the outside mirror.
