Removal


NOTE: The door glass must be lowered approximately one third.


1. Remove the rear door trim panel. For more information, refer to Rear Door Trim Panel (76.34.04)

2. Remove the speaker.
  • Disconnect the electrical connector.
  • Remove 4 screws.

3. Carefully remove the outer glass seal. Remove the screw.

NOTE: Secure the glass in this position with a wedge.




Using the special tool, release the clamp and lift the glass to the top of the door frame.

5. Remove the window lift motor and window lift assembly.
  • Disconnect the electrical connector.
  • Remove 4 bolts.
  • Unscrew 2 nuts.
  • Rotate the assembly 90 degrees clockwise and remove it through the back of the opening, top side first.

Installation


1. Install the window regulator motor and window regulator assembly.
  • Tighten the bolts and nuts (tightening torque 10 Nm).
  • Connect the electrical connector.
2. Secure the glass to the window regulator.
  • Remove the wedge.
  • Roll down the window.
3. Install the outer glass seal.

4. Install the speaker.
  • Tighten the screws.
  • Connect the electrical connector.
5. Install the rear door trim panel. For more information, refer to Rear Door Trim Panel (76.34.04)
