Dismantling

1. Release the 6 fasteners from the upper decorative panel of the 'B/C' pillar and set it aside.



2. Release and disconnect the electrical connector from the 'B/C' pillar.

3. Release the wiring harness boot from its mounting on the B/C pillar and route the door wiring harness through the pillar.

4. Remove the pin from the door stop and disconnect the stop from the 'B/C' pillar.

5. Discard the pin.

6. Remove 2 clips from the door hinges.

7. With the help of a partner, lift and remove the door.

Assembly

1. With the help of a partner, place the door on the hinges.

2. Install the clamps on the hinges.

3. Attach the door stop to the 'B/C' pillar and secure it with a NEW pin.

4. Pass the door wiring through the 'B/C' pillar and secure its cover.

5. Connect and secure the electrical connector to the base of the 'B/C' pillar.

6. Replace the upper trim panel of the 'B/C' pillar and secure it with the clips.

7. Check that the door is installed correctly.
