Dismantling
1. Remove the spare tire from the tailgate.
2. Remove the lower decorative trim from the rear right side panel.

3. Unclip and disconnect the 3 electrical connectors and the rear window washer pipe at the bottom of the 'E' pillar.

4. Unscrew the 2 bolts securing the door stop. Disconnect the stop and move it to the side.

5. Release the wiring boot from its 'E' pillar mounting and route the wiring through the pillar.
6. Mark the location of the door hinges.
7. Grasp the tailgate to prevent it from falling.
8. Unscrew the 6 bolts securing the tailgate hinges to the body and, with the help of a partner, remove the door.
Assembly
1. With the help of a partner, attach the door to the body. Tighten the door hinge bolts, but do not tighten them completely yet.
2. Connect the door stop and secure it with bolts.
3. Align the hinges and tighten the bolts to 30 Nm.
4. Feed the door wiring through the 'E' pillar and secure the door cover.
5. Connect and secure the electrical connectors and rear window washer pipe to the E-pillar.
6. Install the lower decorative trim of the rear side panel.

7. Install the spare tire on the tailgate.
