In this operation, the lower outer side panel is replaced along with the sill reinforcement.
Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Disconnect the generator.
3. Disconnect all electronic units.
4. Remove the wheel (wheels).
5. Remove the front fender.

6. Remove the front door.

7. Remove the back door.

8. Remove the lower decorative overlay of an average rack "V/S" body.

9. Remove the front seat.

10. Remove the rear seat.
SEATS, REPAIRS, Rear left seat.

11. Remove overlays of thresholds of apertures of forward and back doors.
12. Remove the side door seals.
13. Release the floor mat from the inner sill panel and slide it to the side.
14. Release the cable harness from the inner sill panel and lay it aside.
Repair work
1. Remove damaged panels, prepare joint edges and install new panels in accordance with the Body Panel Repair Code. Punch or drill holes in the panel to be installed for the cork weld as shown.
Installation
1. Attach the cable harness to the inner sill panel.
2. Lay the floor mat on the inside threshold.
3. Install the side door seals.
4. Establish overlays of thresholds of lateral doorways.
5. Reinstall the rear seat.

6. Reinstall the front seat.
SEATS, REPAIRS, Front seat.
7. Install the B-Pillar Lower Trim "V/S" body.

8. Install the tailgate.

9. Install the front door.

10. Reinstall the front fender.

11. Replace the wheel (wheels) and tighten the nuts to a torque of 115 Nm.
12. Connect all electronic units.
13. Attach the generator.
14. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
