Examination

1. With the vehicle parked on a level surface, apply and release the parking brake. Check its operation. Adjust the parking brake if necessary.

NOTE: Any adjustments made as a result of the test will incur additional labor and/or consumable costs and should therefore not be made/expended without notifying the customer.

Adjust the parking brake. (After the first 19,200 km/12 months of operation).

1. Adjust the length of the parking brake cable.

NOTE: The vehicle maintenance after the first 19,200 km/12 months of operation includes time for adjusting the length of the parking brake cable.
