Dismantling
1. Remove the timing belt.
ENGINE - MODIFICATION K, volume 1.8, Piston group, Timing belt.
2. Remove the crankshaft pinion gear.

3. Install the LRT-37-010 stop on the end of the crankshaft.
4. Make sure the hole of the LRT-12-133 fixture is free of burrs.
5. Screw the LRT-12-133 tool into the front crankshaft oil seal.
6. Tighten the central bolt of the LRT-12-133 tool to remove the seal.
7. Discard the seal.
8. Remove the puller stop from the crankshaft.
Installation
1. Using a lint-free cloth, thoroughly wipe the oil seal seat and the sealing surface of the crankshaft pulley.

2. Place the protective cover supplied with the oil seal on the nose of the crankshaft.
3. Install the oil seal using the LRT-12-137 tool.
CAUTION: Seals must be installed dry.
4. Remove the oil seal guide from the crankshaft.
5. Wipe the timing gear.
6. Install the gear on the crankshaft.
7. Install the timing belt.
ENGINE - MODIFICATION K, volume 1.8, Piston group, Timing belt.
8. Add oil to the engine.
