Dismantling


1. Remove the automatic transmission filter.

2. Disconnect the connector blocks from the valve block solenoids.

3. Loosen the screws securing the thrust spring plate to the valve body and remove the spring plate.

4. Evenly and gradually unscrew the 8 Torx screws securing the valve block to the automatic…


4. Evenly and gradually unscrew the 8 Torx screws securing the valve block to the automatic transmission housing.

5. Remove the valve block assembly.

6. Remove the automatic transmission housing seals and discard them.

Assembly


1. Clean the seal locations in the gearbox housing.

2. Lubricate the new seals with working fluid and install them in the gearbox housing.



3. Wipe the valve block and all mating surfaces.

4. Using the dowel pin supplied in the repair kit, locate the valve block in the automatic transmission.

5. Install the valve block mounting screws and tighten them gradually and evenly to a torque of 10 Nm.

6. Install the thrust spring plate onto the valve block, tighten the screws, but do not tighten them completely.

7. Install a 0.8 mm thick spacer between the stop lever and the spring plate and tighten the screws…

9. Connect the pads to the valve solenoid connectors.
