Removal
1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Remove the rubber plug for the wiring from the B-pillar.
3. Pull the wires out of the rack and disconnect the connectors.
4. Unscrew the bolts securing the door opening limiter to the B-pillar.
Please note: The following operation is performed by two people.
5. Remove the door hinge lock washer, lift and remove the door.
Installation
6. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Install a new retaining ring.
7. Check the door installation and the operation of the lock. Adjust if necessary.
Adjustment
8. The position of the door is adjusted by replacing the adjusting spacers between the door hinge and the rack.
