1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the valve.
2. Loosen the clamps securing the engine cooling system hoses to the heater valve.
3. Using a thin blade, cut off the seal between the hoses and the valve fittings.
4. Disconnect the heater inlet hose.
5. Disconnect the heater outlet hose.
6. Remove the valve from the engine cooling system hoses.
