Heater heat exchanger (Discovery 1)

1. Remove the heater, see. "Air conditioning system".

2. Remove the evaporator.

3. Loosen the two screws securing the heater duct to the right side of the footwell and remove the duct.



4. Remove the heater tube clips.

5. Pull the heat exchanger out of the housing.

6. Remove the hoses from the heat exchanger.

7. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
