1. Relieve residual pressure in the fuel system, disconnect the battery.

2. Drain the fuel tank completely.

3. Remove the carpet in the cargo area of the passenger compartment.

4. Remove the sound insulation.

5. Remove the hatch in the floor.

6. Disconnect the fuel pump connector.

7. Disconnect the fuel lines.

7. Disconnect the fuel lines.


8. Under the vehicle: Disconnect the stabilizer bar fasteners.

9. Before removing the stabilizer links, mark their position.

10. Remove the filler neck from the tank.

11. Unscrew the bolt and nut securing the strap on the right side.

12. Disconnect the tube from the green ring of the connector (fuel vapor management system)

Note: To disconnect the connector, insert the LRT-19-002 key into the connector slots, see figure, press on the crackers and simultaneously pull the tube out of the connector.




13. Unscrew the two rear bolts and the nut securing the tank bracket.

14. Unscrew the front bolts and nuts of the tank bracket, remove the bracket.

14. Unscrew the front bolts and nuts of the tank bracket, remove the bracket.


15. Lift the right side of the tank up and remove the tank through the frame.

16. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
