Fuel pressure regulator (Discovery 1)

1. Disconnect the battery.

2. Cover the place where the fuel hose connects to the fuel manifold, loosen the hose fastening nut, and relieve residual fuel pressure. Tighten the hose mounting nut.



3. Disconnect the fuel return line from the pressure regulator. Plug the fuel line.

4. Disconnect the air temperature sensor connector.

5. Unscrew the 4 bolts securing the pressure regulator support bracket to the fuel and intake manifolds, remove the bracket.

6. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the pressure regulator.

7. Remove the regulator.

8. Discard the sealing ring.



9. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
