Removal
1.
CAUTION: Never work on a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle with special stands.
Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the differential lock motor.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove 4 bolts.

Installation
1. Clean the contact surfaces of the parts.
2. Apply a continuous bead of sealant to the differential mating surface that contacts the differential lock motor.

3. Install the differential lock motor.
- Tighten the bolts (tightening torque 10 Nm).
- Connect the electrical connector.
4. Lower the car.
5. Calibrate the differential lock motor using a scan tool.
