Removing
1. Disconnect the wire "masses" from the battery. For more information, refer to Specification
2. Remove the accessory drive belt. For more information refer to Drive Belt Accessories (86.10.03)
3. Remove the mudguard. Remove 4 clamps.

WARNING: Plug all open connections to avoid contamination of the system.
Disconnect the low pressure line.
- Turn out a bolt of a highway of the amplifier of a steering.
- Drain the working fluid into a special container.
- Remove the O-ring and discard it.
5. Disconnect the high pressure line from the power steering pump fitting. Remove the O-ring and discard it.
6. Remove the power steering line support bracket. Turn out a bolt.
7. Remove the front power steering pump mounting bolts. Turn out two bolts.
8. Turn out back bolts of fastening of the pump of the amplifier of a steering. Turn out two bolts.
9. Remove the power steering pump.
Installation
1. Install the power steering pump and tighten the front mounting bolts. Tighten the bolts (tightening torque 25 Nm).
2. Install the rear power steering bolts. Tighten the bolts (tightening torque 25 Nm).
3. Connect the high pressure line to the power steering pump.
- Install the sealing ring.
- Tighten fitting (tightening torque 25 Nm).
4. Disconnect the low pressure line to the power steering pump.
- Clean the contact surfaces of the parts.
- Install the sealing ring.
- tighten bolt (tightening torque 25 Nm).
5. Install the power steering pump support bracket.
6. Install the accessory drive belt. For more information refer to Drive Belt Accessories (86.10.03)
7. Install the splash guard.
8. Connect ground wire to battery. For more information, refer to Specification
9. Fill the power steering system with fluid and bleed air from the system. For more information, refer to Filling and Bleeding the Power Steering System.
