4.4L Drive Belt Idler Pulley (Discovery 3)

Removal

1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery. For more information, refer to Specification.

2. Remove the accessory drive belt. For more information, refer to Accessory Drive Belt (86.10.03)

3. Remove the accessory drive belt pulley. Remove the bolt.

Installation

1. Install the accessory drive belt pulley. Tighten the bolt. (tightening torque 25 Nm).

2. Install the accessory drive belt. For more information, refer to Accessory Drive Belt (86.10.03)

3. Connect the ground wire to the battery.
