Mounting fixture for guide bearings (light load bearing)/clutch adjustments 303-1096

Removal

1.

CAUTION: Never work on a vehicle supported solely by a jack. Always support the vehicle securely.

Raise and support the vehicle.

2. Remove the flywheel. For more information, refer to Flywheel (12.53.07)

3. Remove the pilot bearing. Support the flywheel and use a drift.

Installation

1. Using a special tool, install the guide bearing. Clean the contact surfaces of the parts.



2. Install the flywheel. For more information, refer to Flywheel (12.53.07)
