Fuel Tank Leak Collection Pump 4.0L (Discovery 3)

Removal

1. Remove the spare tire.

CAUTION: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported solely by a jack. Always support the vehicle with special stands.

Raise and support the vehicle.

3. Remove the fuel vapor recovery system canister.

• Remove 2 bolts.
• Disconnect 3 lines.
• Disconnect the electrical connector.

4. Remove the fuel tank leak detection module. Remove the 3 screws.

Installation

1. Install the leak detection module in the fuel tank. Tighten the screws.

2. Install the fuel vapor recovery system canister.

• Connect the electrical connector.
• Connect the lines.
• Tighten the bolts to 23 Nm.

3. Install the spare tire.
