Dismantling


1. Remove the plastic trim from the front door panel.

2. Release the retainer securing the outer handle rod to the door lock and disconnect the rod from it.

3. Remove the 3 Torx screws securing the door lock, lower the lock and disconnect the cylinder rod from it.

4. Remove the plug to access the screw.

5. Unscrew the 2 screws securing the outer handle.

5. Unscrew the 2 screws securing the outer handle.


6. Remove the outer handle.

7. Remove the outer handle rod.

Installation


1. Connect the rod to the handle.

2. Install the handle on the door, screw in and tighten the screws that secure it.



3. Install the lock screw access plug.

4. Install the lock into the door, connect the cylinder rod to it, screw in and tighten the Torx screws.

5. Connect the outer handle rod to the lock.

6. Install the plastic door panel trim.
