Electric heater control relay — with Td4 engine (Freelander 1)

Control relay for electric heater with positive temperature coefficient - for models with Td4 engine.

Dismantling

1. Release the electric heater fuse holder from the mount on the electric heater control relay bracket.



2. Release the electric heater control relay bracket from the mounting on the bracket of the environmentally isolated unit ('E' box).



3. Remove the cover from the electric heater control relay.



4. Remove the electric heater control relay.

Installation

1. Install the electric heater control relay.

2. Make sure the cover seal is positioned correctly. Install the electric heater control relay cover.

3. Install the electric heater control relay bracket onto the bracket of the unit, isolated from environmental influences ('E' box).

4. Install the electric heater fuse holder to the electric heater control relay bracket.
