Rear evaporator wiring (Discovery 1)

1. Remove the rear evaporator and fan.



2. Loosen the screws securing the wiring support clips to the body.

3. Remove the clips.

4. Disconnect the connectors of the four relays.

5. Disconnect the thermostat wires.



6. Disconnect the control unit connector

7. Release the control valve connector from the bracket clip and disconnect the connector.

8. Disconnect the fan motor connector.

9. Disconnect the radiator connector.

10. Remove the wire bundle.

11. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
