1. Connect the filling station to the service fittings of the vehicle's air conditioning system.
2. Carry out refrigerant removal operations according to the instructions for the filling station.
Note: Charging an automotive system with refrigerant for home or commercial cooling systems is not permitted.
3. Evacuate the system. If after 15 minutes the vacuum becomes less than 700 mmHg, the system may be leaking. Partially charge the system and locate leaks (first the low pressure lines, then the high pressure lines, for which turn on the compressor for 5 minutes).
4. Prime the system.
Attention: filling must be carried out immediately after vacuuming. No break is allowed between these operations.
Filling capacities:
- Without rear air conditioning - 0.9 kg.
- With rear air conditioning - 1.15 kg.

5. If the system is not fully charged, start the engine and run it at 1500 rpm for two minutes. Turn on the air conditioner, open the windows, and set the temperature control to the maximum cooling position.
6. Refer to the charging station instructions to complete the charging system.
