Cruise control unit (Tdi) (Discovery 1)

1. Disconnect the 4 studs securing the lower left front panel cover.



2. Remove the cover.



3. Unscrew the control unit mounting clamp nut.

4. Lower the clamp to provide access to the mounting nut.

5. Unscrew the lower nut securing the control unit.

6. Open the glove compartment. Align the stopper with the slot in the front panel and lower the drawer lid.



7. Move the wiring bundle to the side.

8. Unscrew the upper nut securing the control unit.

9. Disconnect the control unit connector.

10. Remove the control unit.
