Removal


1. Remove the floor console upper trim panel. For more information, refer to Floor Console Upper Trim Panel (76.25.11)

2. Remove the cigarette lighter cover. Release the four clips.

3. Release the floor console wiring harness and disconnect the 5 electrical connectors.

4. Remove the floor console.
  • Move the front seats forward as far as they will go.
  • Remove both rear Torx bolt covers.
  • Remove 4 Torx bolts.

NOTE: Do not continue disassembly if the part is being removed only for access.


Remove the floor console cover.
  • Open the lid.
  • Remove two Torx bolts.
  • Remove 2 covers.
Remove 2 covers.


6. Remove the floor console storage compartment.


  • Remove the two Torx screws.
  • Release the five clamps.
Release the five clamps.


7. Remove the additional socket panel.
  • Release the two clamps.
  • Disconnect the two electrical connectors.
Disconnect the two electrical connectors.


8. Remove the floor console vent trim panel.
  • Release the six clamps.
  • Remove the screw.
Remove the screw.


9. Remove the cup holder. Release the two clips.

10. Remove the wiring harness. Release the three clamps.

Installation


1. Install the wiring harness. Secure with clamps.

2. Install the cup holder. Secure with clamps.

3. Install the floor console vent trim panel.
  • Secure with clamps.
  • Install the screw.
4. Install the additional socket panel.
  • Connect the electrical connectors.
  • Secure with clamps.
5. Install the floor console storage compartment.
  • Secure with clamps.
  • Tighten the Torx screws.
6. Install the floor console cover.
  • Install the covers.
  • Tighten 3 Torx screws (tightening torque 3 Nm).
7. Install the floor console.
  • Tighten the bolts (tightening torque 10 Nm).
  • Install the Torx bolt covers.
  • Connect and secure the electrical connectors.
8. Install the cigarette lighter cover. Secure with clamps.

9. Install the floor console top trim panel. For more information, refer to Floor Console Top Trim Panel (76.25.11)
