WARNING: Coolant that comes into contact with the paintwork can damage it. If you spill coolant, remove it immediately and flush the area with water.
Disconnect the two hoses from the expansion tank.
- Place an absorbent cloth to catch spilled liquid.
- Place a container to collect liquid.
- Clamp the hoses with clamps.
- Release 2 clips.
11. Install the power steering reservoir mounting bracket.
Installation

2.
NOTE: Install a new low coolant level sensor if it is not part of the new expansion tank.
Install the expansion tank. Connect the low coolant level sensor electrical connector.
3. Connect the coolant hoses to the expansion tank.
- Fasten with clips.
- Remove hose clamps.
5. Install the front differential breather hose.
6. Fix a tube of the heat exchanger of the amplifier of a steering. Fasten with clips.
7. Fix a broad tank of a cooling liquid. Tighten the bolts (tightening torque 10 Nm).
8. Reinstall the filler neck of the washer reservoir. Insert into clamp.
9. Install the lower radiator deflector. For more information refer to Cooling Fan Shroud (26.25.11)
10. Add coolant to the norm. Fill with coolant to a level approximately 30 mm OVER the maximum cold level.
11. Connect the wire "masses" to the battery. For more information refer to Specification.
12. Remove air from the cooling system.
- Remove the expansion tank cap.
