Examination
1. Check the operation of each door, door locks, hood latch and fuel filler cap.
Lubrication of the front and rear side doors
1. Open each door in turn and lubricate the door hinges and door travel stop with the recommended grease.

2. Lubricate the door lock, lock retainer and door lock mechanism with PTFE type grease. Remove excess grease, especially from the door lock latch area, to avoid staining clothing.
3. Check up density of fastening of the lock of a door and a clamp.
4. Open and close the door to ensure that the door lock operates easily and silently. Make sure the door locks securely.
5. Check the smooth operation of the door lock button.
Rear door lubrication
1. Open tailgate, lubricate door hinges with recommended grease.

2. Lubricate the rear sliding door stop.
3. Lubricate the rear door lock and lock retainer with PTFE type grease. Remove any excess grease, especially from the tailgate latch area, to avoid customer complaints.
4. Check up tightness of fastening of the lock of a back door and a clamp.
Hood grease
1. With the hood open, lubricate the hood hinges, hood lock latch, hood latch, and hood safety mechanism with an appropriate lubricant.

Hatch guides, sliders and seals
1. With sunroof open, lubricate sunroof rails, sliders and seals. Wipe off excess grease to prevent it from soaking into ceiling upholstery and cladding.
2. Make sure sunroof closes properly.
Drain pipes and manhole channels
1. Remove any debris from the sunroof tray.
2. Blow compressed, low pressure air into all accessible drain pipes and manhole passages to ensure they are not clogged.
