Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the air intake hoses.
DIESEL ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY SYSTEM, REPAIR WORK, Air intake system ducts.

3. Disconnect the connector from the fuel pressure sensor.
CAUTION: Before disconnecting any part of the fuel system, thoroughly clean the surrounding area of dirt, dust and deposits to prevent foreign particles from entering the system.
4. Using a long socket, carefully remove the fuel pressure sensor. Discard the sealing washer.
CAUTION: Always plug the fittings and holes to protect the system from dirt.
Installation
1. Wipe the fuel pressure sensor.
2. Install a new sealing washer onto the fuel pressure sensor. Use petroleum jelly to hold the washer onto the fuel pressure sensor.
3. Screw in the fuel pressure sensor and tighten it. Tightening torque 38 Nm.
4. Connect the connector to the fuel pressure sensor.
5. Install the air intake hoses.

6. Connect the negative battery terminal.
