Dismantling
1. Remove the timing belt.
ENGINE - MODIFICATION K, volume 1.8, Front exhaust camshaft oil seal, Timing belt.

2. Remove the LRT-12-134 gear alignment tool.
3. Mark the gears for subsequent correct installation on the corresponding camshafts.
4. Hold the camshafts with the LRT-12-182 fork and remove the camshaft timing gear mounting bolts with the washer.
5. Remove the camshaft gears.

6. Unscrew the bolt securing the oil dipstick housing to the thermostat housing.

7. Unscrew the 4 bolts securing the rear timing belt cover to the cylinder head and to the cylinder block.
8. Remove the cover.
Installation
1. Install the rear timing belt cover and tighten the mounting bolts to 9 Nm.

2. Screw in the oil dipstick housing mounting bolt and tighten it to a torque of 9 Nm.
3. Wipe the camshaft gears.
4. Install the gears on the corresponding camshafts.
5. Screw in the gear mounting bolts with washers. Use the LRT-12-182 fork to secure the camshaft gears and tighten the bolts to a torque of 65 Nm.
6. Align the camshaft marks and install the LRT-12-134 drift.
7. Install the timing belt.
