Dismantling


1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Remove the accessory drive belt.

3. Remove the starter.

4. Install the LRT-12-145 flywheel stopper onto the engine through the starter opening and secure it with two bolts.

5. Unscrew the bolt securing the pulley to the crankshaft and remove the washer.


6. Remove the pulley from the crankshaft.

Installation


1. Clean the pulley and mating surface.

2. Install the crankshaft pulley onto the crankshaft pinion, making sure that the notch on the pulley is aligned with the protrusion on the pinion.

3. Screw in the crankshaft pulley mounting bolt with the washer and tighten it to a torque of 205 Nm.

4. Loosen the LRT-12-145 flywheel retainer mounting bolts and remove the retainer.

5. Reinstall the starter.

6. Install the accessory drive belt.
