Disconnect/Connect
CAUTION: Before disconnecting/connecting the battery, the vehicle and battery status must be established. Then use the table below to select the appropriate procedure.
NOTE: Vehicles equipped with a fuel-fired auxiliary heater require a five-minute wait before the Telestart function starts. Turn off and turn on the ignition. Wait five minutes to allow the auxiliary fuel fired heater to save the vehicle configuration settings.

Procedure 1
Disconnect the battery | Connect the battery |
1. Set the parking brake or place chocks under the wheels | 1. Make sure all electrical loads are turned OFF |
2. Turn off the ignition and remove the remote control from the socket. | 2. Connect the battery - starting with the wire "MASSES" |
3. Wait 2 minutes for the engine management system to de-energize | 3. Turn on the ignition |
4. Open the hood | 4. Reset the preset radio buttons. |
5. Disconnect the battery wires - starting with the wire "MASSES" | 5. Reset your watch |
6. Reset the power window control system with one push of a button. Raise the window all the way, release the switch, press and hold again for 1 second (the relay in the door will make a click). Lower the window all the way down, press the switch again and hold for one second. Now the one-button control function should work |

NOTE: 1. Disconnect the battery. If the remote control does not work, you will need to unlock the car with the key.

NOTE: 1. Connect the battery. If the battery charge is not enough to disable the alarm, the alarm may turn on when the battery is connected - Step 2 allows you to disable the alarm
