Concave air intake panel (Discovery 1)

1. Remove the wiper arms.

2. Unscrew the nuts securing the brush arm axles, remove the steel and rubber washers.

3. Open the hood.

4. Remove the seal from the concave panel.

5. Disconnect the windshield washer nozzle hoses.

6. Remove the lower center panel bolt.

7. Remove the upper center panel bolt.

8. Remove the center panel section from the engine compartment bulkhead.

9. Loosen the panel mounting bolts and nuts and remove the panel.
