1. Drain the coolant.
2. Disconnect the upper radiator hose.
3. Remove the fan blades.
4. Remove the fan diffuser.
5. Disconnect the transmission oil cooling and charge air section hoses. Plug the hoses.
6. Disconnect the expansion tank hoses.
7. Remove the mounting brackets from both sides of the radiator.

8. Remove the radiator, check the condition of the support cushions.
9. Relocate the transmission oil cooler hose mounting fittings to the new radiator (if necessary).
10. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Tighten the transmission oil cooler hose fasteners to 30 Nm BEFORE INSTALLING the fan diffuser.
