Removal and installation
1. Loosen the viscous coupling mounting nut (ATTENTION: LEFT-HAND THREAD!).
2. Lower the coupling and fan into the fan diffuser.
3. Unfasten the clips securing the top part of the diffuser, remove the top part of the diffuser and take out the fan.
4. If necessary, remove the fan from the coupling.
5. Remove the accessory drive belt and the air conditioner drive belt (if installed).
6. Loosen the water pump pulley mounting bolts and remove the pulley.
7. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Install the fan with the "FRONT" mark facing the front of the engine. Tightening torque of the viscous coupling nut is 30 Nm.
