Removal
1. Remove the intake manifold chamber gasket.
2. Remove the fuel pressure regulator.
3. Unscrew the 4 bolts securing the fuel supply hose flange support bracket and remove the bracket.
4. Disconnect the fuel supply hose from the fuel rail.
5. Discard the sealing ring.
6. Disconnect the connectors of the four injectors.
7. Move the injector wire bundle to the side.
8. Unscrew the two bolts securing the fuel manifold to the intake manifold.
9. Pull the injectors out of the intake manifold.
10. Remove the fuel manifold together with the injectors.
11. Remove and discard the outer O-rings from the injectors.
12. Place the protective caps on the injectors.
Further operations should be performed as necessary.
13. Disconnect the clips securing the injectors to the fuel manifold.
14. Remove the injectors.
15. Remove and discard the internal sealing rings from the injectors.
16. Remove the fuel temperature sensor.
Installation
17. Clean the fuel manifold, injectors and fuel temperature sensor seats.
18. Install the fuel temperature sensor. Tightening torque 7 Nm.
19. Replace the injector sealing rings.
20. Install the injectors into the fuel manifold and secure them with clips.
21. Insert the injectors into the intake manifold sockets.
22. Tighten the fuel rail mounting bolts to 10 Nm.
23. Reinstall the removed parts.
