D-pillar trim panel (Discovery 3)

Removal

1. Remove the lower rear pillar trim panel.

For more information, refer to Lower Pillar Trim Panel (76.13.34)

2. For vehicles with 7 seats: Release the seat belt. Unscrew and discard the bolt.

3. Remove the rear door pillar upper trim panel.

• Release the 4 clamps.
• Disconnect the electrical connector.

NOTE: Do not perform further disassembly if the part is removed only for access.

Remove the speaker. Remove 3 screws.

Installation

1. Reinstall the components in reverse order. Tighten the new Torx head bolt. (tightening torque 40 Nm).
