Removal


NOTE: If the tire pressure monitoring module is replaced, the T4 must be connected and the necessary procedures must be performed before the battery is disconnected.


1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery. For more information, refer to Specification.

2. Remove the left upper A-pillar trim panel. For more information, refer to A-Pillar Trim Panel (76.13.26)

3. Remove the left upper B-pillar trim panel. For more information, refer to Upper B-Pillar Trim Panel (76.13.28)

4. Remove the left upper C-pillar trim panel. For more information, refer to Upper C-Pillar Trim Panel (76.13.35)

5. Remove the left sun visor.
  • Remove the cover.
  • Remove two screws.
  • Disconnect the electrical connector.
Disconnect the electrical connector.


6. Remove the sun visor retainer.
  • Remove the screw cover.
  • Remove the screw.
Remove the screw.


7. Remove the left passenger handrails.


  • Carefully release the 6 screw covers.
  • Remove 6 screws.
Remove 6 screws.


8. Release the headliner on the left side. Release the 6 clips.

9. Remove the tire pressure monitoring module.
  • Disconnect the two electrical connectors.
  • Remove two bolts.
Remove two bolts.


Installation


1. Install the tire pressure monitoring module.
  • Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm.
  • Connect the electrical connectors.
2. Fix the headliner on the left side. Secure carefully with clamps.



3. Install the left passenger handrails.
  • Remove the screws.
  • Install the screw covers.
4. Install the sun visor mounting clip.
  • Screw in the screw.
  • Install the screw cover.
5. Install the left sun visor.
  • Remove the screws.
  • Install the screw covers.
  • Connect the electrical connector.
