Removal


1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery. For more information, refer to Specification.

2. Remove the high mounted brake light. For more information, refer to High Mounted Brake Light (86.41.32)

3. Remove the liftgate trim panel. Release the 4 clips.

4. Remove the navigation system antenna.
  • Remove the screw.
  • Loosen and disconnect the electrical connector.
  • Cut through the retaining sealant.

Installation


1. Clean the contact surface where the sealant will be applied.

2. Install the antenna.
  • Connect and secure the electrical connector.
  • Tighten the screw.
3. Install the upper tailgate trim panel. Secure the clips.

4. Install the high-mounted brake light. For more information, refer to High-mounted brake light (86.41.32)
