Removing
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the wire "masses" from the battery. For more information refer to Specification.

WARNING: Do not remove the coolant expansion tank cap when the system is hot, as steam or coolant escaping from the cap could cause serious injury such as scalding.
Drain the coolant from the cooling system. For more information, refer to Draining/Filling Coolant and Bleeding the Cooling System (26.10.01)
4. Remove the viscous fan assembly. For more information refer to Cooling Fan (26.25.19)
5. Remove the grille. For more information refer to Radiator Grille (76.55.03)
6. Remove the lower fan shroud.
- Release the 2 clips on the lower fan shroud.
- Loosen and remove the cooling fan shroud from the radiator.
7. Disconnect the expansion tank hose. Release the clamp.
8. Disconnect the upper radiator hose. Release the clamp.

WARNING: Plug all open connections to avoid contamination of the system.
Disconnect the transmission fluid cooler hoses.
- Release 2 clips.
- Place a container to catch spilled liquid.
10. Remove the radiator mounting pins. Squeeze 2 clamps.
11. Remove the upper radiator deflector. Release 2 clips.
12. Remove the power steering heat exchanger.
- Release the clamps.
- Take the hose aside and tie.
14. Remove a clip from a tube of the heat exchanger of the amplifier of a steering.
15. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the pipeline of the conditioner.
16. Remove the conditioner condenser.
- Turn out two bolts.
- Release from 2 clips.
17. Remove the radiator.
- Parts must be protected from damage.
- With assistance, remove the radiator.
- Turn out 2 bolts of fastening of a radiator.
Installation
1. Install the heatsink.
- Remove the protective devices from the parts.
- With assistance, install the radiator.
- Align the radiator.
- Screw in bolts of fastening of a radiator.
- Tighten the bolts (tightening torque 25 Nm).
- Fasten in clamps.
- Tighten the bolts (tightening torque 6 Nm).
4. Install the clamp on the power steering heat exchanger tube.
5. Install the upper radiator deflector.
6. Install the power steering heat exchanger. Secure with three clips.
7. Establish pins of fastening of a radiator.
8. Attach the transmission fluid cooler hoses. Install clamps.
9. Put on the top hose of a radiator. Install the clamp.
10. Put on the lower radiator hose. Install the clamp.
11. Put a hose of a broad tank of system of cooling on the top branch pipe of a radiator. Put on a clip on a hose of a broad tank of system of cooling.
12. Install the bottom fan shroud.
- Install the lower fan shroud.
- Install the 2 clips on the lower fan shroud.
14. Install the viscous fan assembly. For more information refer to Cooling Fan (26.25.19)
15. Fill the cooling system with coolant. For more information, refer to Draining/Filling Coolant and Bleeding the Cooling System (26.10.01)
16. Connect the wire "masses" to the battery. For more information refer to Specification.
17. Check the transmission fluid level in the automatic transmission.
