Dismantling
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Disconnect the connector from the idle speed control valve.
3. Disconnect the bypass air hose from the idle air control valve and remove it from the throttle body.
4. Disconnect the ventilation hose from the throttle body and move it to the side.
5. Remove the 4 screws securing the idle speed control valve to the intake manifold.
6. Remove the idle speed control valve.
7. Remove and discard the O-ring.
Installation
1. Wipe the mating surfaces of the idle air control valve and intake manifold.
2. Lubricate the new O-ring with silicone grease and install it onto the idle air control valve.
3. Install the idle air control valve on the intake manifold.
4. Screw in the idle speed control valve mounting bolts and tighten them to a torque of 1.5 Nm.
5. Connect the ventilation hose to the throttle body.
6. Install the bypass air hose to the idle air control valve and connect it to the throttle body.
7. Connect the connector to the idle speed control valve.
8. Connect the negative battery terminal.
